Q. Do you accept credit card or cheque for payment?

A. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards or cheques for payment. We accept cash in three currencies, HKD, USD or JPY, or bank transfer to our account (any fees or surcharges are the customerʼs responsibility).

Q. Can I receive stock lists from your company?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the high volume and turnover of loose diamond items, we are unable to provide you with an up-to-date inventory list. Please call us or visit our store to check our products. → Contact information

Q. Do you ship to overseas customers?

A. Yes, we do. Many of our clients are from all over the world and so we are more than happy to ship the goods youʼve selected to wherever you need once weʼve confirmed payment.
We handle all shipping through BRINKS unless otherwise requested, all duties and taxes will be paid by the customer.
