Q. Do you accept credit card or cheque for payment?

A. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards or cheques for payment. We accept cash in three currencies, HKD, USD or JPY, or bank transfer to our account (any fees or surcharges are the customerʼs responsibility).

Q. Can I receive stock lists from your company?

Please take a look at our GIA inventory list listed on the right.  → GIA inventory list
Due to the volume and high turnover rate of our other loose diamond goods, an updated stock list is not available for viewing. You can always contact us on the phone and ask about what new stock is available or of course drop by our office to check the goods personally. → Contact information

Q. Do you ship to overseas customers?

A. Yes, we do. Many of our clients are from all over the world and so we are more than happy to ship the goods youʼve selected to wherever you need once weʼve confirmed payment.
We handle all shipping through BRINKS unless otherwise requested, all duties and taxes will be paid by the customer.
